Healthy Heart

   Before you take any healthy weight loss diet plan, you have to take care of your most important organ – your heart. It is an alive “engine”, which provides blood to all tissues of the body. The blood gives nourishment and oxygen to cells in your body (like nutrition for you) and removes carbon dioxide and other harmful substances from it. Therefore you have to think of your nutrition.

   The heart is a muscular bag with the size of a fist. It divides the muscular wall into two halves - left and right. Cardiac muscle contracts rhythmically, on average about 70 times per minute, and the muscle walls are relaxed during this “exercise” and are reduced when the lower half of the heart (left and right sides) are relaxed. Reductions of the muscle are regulated by the central nervous system. In addition, cardiac muscle has the ability to automatically work unlike other muscle. But your task is continuously monitoring the state of the heart, and only after that taking any healthy weight loss diet plan. First of all, you have to think about good nutrition.
   But not only diet and good food should occupy your thoughts. If you want to lose weight, probably you have to take your time and start doing physical exercises, which will help you keep fit, for sure.
