The heart is a muscular bag with the size of a fist. It divides the muscular
wall into two halves - left and right. Cardiac muscle contracts rhythmically,
on average about 70 times per minute, and the muscle walls are relaxed
during this “exercise” and are reduced when the lower half
of the heart (left and right sides) are relaxed. Reductions of the muscle
are regulated by the central nervous system. In addition, cardiac muscle
has the ability to automatically work unlike other muscle. But your task
is continuously monitoring the state of the heart, and only after that

about good nutrition.
